Hello. Short entry, just wanted to mark that one week from today I leave for California. I started thinking about the ride out there and the packing and the newness of a place I've never been...I'm becoming really excited. This past weekend was really relaxing and it was good to see some of my close friends. We played old alto heceta tunes, drank 60 beers or so, and watched cubs games. Garage days revisited- truly :).
This week, I plan on navigating my way through the tedious world of choosing which items I can/want to pack into my little Galant for the move. I think I might surprise myself. I don't think I'll bring much this time. Clothes, guitar, 4-track, kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, and my cds. That should be it. I'll be sure to make an ample amount of space for Jill.
Anyway, I should wrap this up- I know, very uninspired entry. Need to do some yard work here at the house. Oh, and don't forget to check out the lovely Summerland on the WB tomorrow night at 8pm central. I guess they'll be playing a song of ours on the show.
